Microvision presented their LASER projector mounted on a gun with motion sensors at CeBIT 2010. The FPS gaming experience is taken to next level by MPAR.
The recent trend towards miniaturization of projection technology indicates that handheld devices will soon have integrated nano-projectors, thus enabling new Augmented Reality based user interfaces that are currently not possible. The technology will enable its users to convert any surface into a user interface, which will eliminate traditional WIMP based user interactions. I name this technology, Mobile Projective Augmented Reality (MPAR).
